Haha the image turned out messier than what I had in mind. I was practicing water reflection of starry skies, as starry skies are one of my weaknesses and I often avoid drawing them as much as I can. I can't say I'm successful but there will be plenty of time to do more practice in the future ;D.
The overall picture is very blue and shiny >w<, and I got to draw lots of hair haha. It might explain why it looked so messy in the end. XD
